Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship to US territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or outside the United States.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Everything in one order, including bundles, ships together in one package, so you only pay shipping once.

Delivery times

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Each order is prepared within 5–9 business days, then takes 3–5 business days in transit (5–8 business days to Alaska and Hawaii). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, see our Refund policy: contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos or a video of the products and the shipping box.
