Terms of Service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Thanks for shopping with Solven Cosmetics. These terms are the simple ground rules for using solvencosmetics.com and ordering from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering

When you place an order, we confirm it by email and it's officially accepted once it ships. If something goes wrong on our side, for example a product runs out or a price was listed by mistake, we'll let you know and refund you in full. Payments are handled securely by Shopify.

Prices

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Any sales tax and shipping costs are added at checkout, so you always see the full total before you pay.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times and costs are in our Shipping policy. Delivery dates are our best estimate.

Returns

Because our products are personal-care items, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right: see our Refund policy. This doesn't affect any consumer rights you have by law.

Using our products

Our products are for external use. Every ingredient is listed on the product page, so please check it before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin. A quick patch test is always a good idea. If irritation occurs, stop using the product, and see a doctor if it doesn't settle. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. The information on our site is general guidance, not medical advice.

Our responsibility

We take care in everything we make and write, but as far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they may not apply to you.

Our content

The text, photos and logos on this site are ours. Please don't copy them without asking.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
